“Esther & her team were awesome - she met up with us several times upon our request, answered all of our questions as well as provided us with more important information over a period of about 8 months before we finally decided to start work. At no time were we pressured when we informed Esther that we will be only starting work after the New Year. Esther was very respectful and respected our timeline. When we finally started work, we were provided with work-in-progress updates and photos. They had 2 teams working concurrently - their work was professional, fast and diligent. Esther also checked in with us after the job was completed to confirm that everything was ok. One of the gutters had a small leak to which Esther’s team returned immediately to fix. The team left our place neat and tidy at the end of every day. A special shout out to the roof supervisor who did an amazing job despite the scorching heat and rain!! One of our best experiences with workmen! Make sure to ask for Esther, love your work!”
